About Me

Hi, I'm Jenny Graves — a qualified naturopath, leukemia survivor, passionate researcher, an enthusiast crusader for natural cancer support, and the author of Naturally Supporting Cancer Treatment.

After walking the cancer journey myself, I became deeply committed to helping others navigate theirs with confidence, knowledge, and hope. I blend my naturopathic training with an evidence-based approach to diet, lifestyle, supplements, and herbs that can safely support conventional cancer treatments and help reduce the risk of recurrence. I thoroughly research every recommendation I share and provide references for everything, so you can discuss it openly with your healthcare team.

It's my belief that healing isn't just about surviving — it's about thriving. Through my book, blog, and resources, I offer practical, scientifically grounded strategies to help you feel empowered and in control during one of life's toughest challenges.

When I'm not writing or researching, you'll find me strolling along nature trails, tackling cryptic crosswords, exploring unknown places, and sharing trivia night triumphs with my husband, Peter.

It's my mission to walk beside you, offering the guidance I wish I'd had, so you can move forward with strength, clarity, and hope.

Ready to feel empowered on your journey? Check out my book for a wealth of ideas.

As a naturopath and leukaemia survivor, I was very motivated to write a book that would help people who are travelling the cancer journey. My book, Naturally Supporting Cancer Treatment, is designed to show a cancer patient or their carer all the natural ways to support themselves through regular medical treatment, all backed with research.

The book covers diet, stress reduction, exercise ideas, sleep support, toxin avoidance, supplements and herbs. It has references to the research throughout it, and it covers all the interactions, side effects and advice on when not to use each supplement and herb mentioned. So it's oncologist-friendly!

It's the ideal handbook for anyone, whether newly diagnosed, going through treatment and wanting to avoid side effects, or in remission and wanting to stay that way.
